Signature Program Summary​

 

This Rhythm-Based Team Synchronization Experience is an 

immersive corporate development experience that uses rhythm, collaborative music-making, leadership exercises, and wellness-based facilitation to strengthen communication, trust, adaptability, engagement, and team cohesion.

Session 3 - The Art of Leadership

​​The Art of Leadership is an empowering 1 to 2-hour drum circle event that takes your team on a journey of recognizing the music within the music by discovering and appreciating the unique individuality that each team member has to offer. 

​

Participants explore leadership through experiential group facilitation that encourages confidence, initiative, adaptability, and effective communication under pressure, as well as experiencing a leadership presence within team environments.

​​

Each person on the team will be given the opportunity to apply leadership skills, by practicing and presenting the verbal and non-verbal communication skills learned in this session by having the opportunity to lead the drum circle.

These next 6, or more, sessions are a continuation of our program.  These sessions are designed to not only continue developing team building and leadership skills with your team, but to also take a deeper dive into addressing the challenges that your teams face today through advanced thematic programs specifically designed to meet the needs of your workplace dynamics.
