A 10-session rhythm-based program that helps educators and staff strengthen communication, trust, adaptability, collaboration, and team cohesion while turning individual strengths into collective performance.
Leadership skills and opportunities are explored and developed throughout the program.

Group Empowerment Drumming Grades 9-12
10-Session Deeper Journey of Self-Discovery, Growth & Leadership
An engaging 10-session rhythm-based student development program that builds on the Team Synchronization Experience™ and incorporates HealthRHYTHMS® to deepen communication, confidence, collaboration, resilience, belonging, and positive peer connection.
Students explore and develop leadership skills throughout the program.
Beat the Odds® for Students
Social & Emotional Skill Building Through Drumming - Grades 3-8
A structured, evidence-informed, trauma-informed program for Grades 3-8 that uses group drumming, reflection, and dialogue to strengthen focus and listening skills, teamwork, leadership, self-expression, positive coping skills, empathy, kindness, and connection.
