This show launched on July 20th, 2019, in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing of Apollo 11 in 1967.

who sang with him, including Helen Forrest, Kitty Kallen,

Connie Haines, and Frank Sinatra.  She also highlights his time performing with Benny Goodman.

 

Tribute to Glenn Miller!

Cindy sings and tells the amazing life story of Glenn Miller, from his life growing up, to becoming a musician,  to the movies he made in Hollywood, to organizing The Glenn Miller Army Air Force Band. Cindy sings the greatest big band hits recorded by the Glenn Miller Orchestra with songs made popular by Ray Eberly, Paula Kelley & The Modernaires, Tex Beneke and Marion Hutton!

 

Tribute to Jimmy Dorsey!

Cindy tells the story of the life and career of Jimmy Dorsey, the songs he recorded, the movies he made, and the popular big band singers, Helen O'Connell and Bob Eberly, who sang with him.  She also includes songs of his brother Tommy Dorsey, as well as Glenn Miller, who was an early member of the Dorsey Brothers Orchestra.
