Cindy became a trained Yamaha Clavinova Connection Facilitator in November, 2006. She was trained by the creators of the program, Dr. Barry Bittman and Karl Bruhn, Father of the Music Making and Wellness Movement.

Clavinova Connection is a
Recreational Music Making and Wellness Program designed by Yamaha Corporation of America, renowned neurologist, Dr. Barry Bittman, and Karl Bruhn, the Father of the Music Making and Wellness Movement. It was designed to create a fun music making experience that has been scientifically proven to reduce stress.

The Clavinova Connection program is far from your typical piano lesson class.
It is a recreational music-making and wellness program, combining wellness benefits with the benefits of both group and individual instruction.

Clavinova Connection's 26-week
Beginner program will have you playing from your very first lesson. The program concludes with a rehearsal followed by a fun and festive, no pressure, Celebratory Concert with friends and family.

Class Description
Classes consist of:

A Mind-Body Wellness - a warm-up with music and imagery

A Drum Circle - using the Clavinova keyboard simulated drum kit
-
Improvisation - designed in a way so that you will succeed
-
Musical Insights - a short discussion of musical concepts
-
A Song of the Day - using the Clavinova StarLIGHTS "follow the lights" system you will succeed in being able to play a new song each week.
No prior musical experience is necessary.
You do not have to own an instrument.
Learn a New Song Each Week.
No Practicing Required.

We encourage you to bring a friend and/or loved one to share your lesson with you.
